Welcome to SeminolePoint.com!The directory is private. You won’t find an owner’s name, email or phone number anywhere on this site unless you are a signed-in Seminole Point owner. The one exception is the governing documents, which are already public record.
Only owners on the Seminole Point owner list. There are no passwords to steal: you enter your email and we send a 6‑digit code to it, so only someone who can open your inbox can sign in as you. And the database checks every request itself. Someone who gets past the sign-in screen without being on the owner list still gets nothing back.
Hide your email, your phone or both in My Preferences. It takes effect instantly: the next time anyone’s screen asks for the directory, your details are not in the answer. Your own household always sees its own details. Want your listing taken off entirely? Use Report an Issue and it will be hidden.
Row-Level Security (RLS): rules inside the database (PostgreSQL, hosted by Supabase) decide which rows each signed-in person may read, so the web page cannot ask for more than you are allowed. Hidden details are removed inside the database before anything is sent, using a masking view and column-level permissions. They never reach anyone’s browser; they are not just hidden on the screen.

The directory is not in the site’s pages, so search engines cannot find or index it. It is never sold or shared. Google Analytics counts page visits but is never sent a name, email or phone number. Every change to contact details is logged with the old value kept, so a mistake can be undone.
One person can see everything, including details you have hidden: the site administrator, who needs it to keep the owner list accurate and fix problems. No one else can, including other admins.
Owner Directory
The Seminole Point Owner Directory is coming soon. Owners will be able to look up neighbors by lot number, view contact preferences, and manage their own listing. Access will require a one-time verification of lot ownership.
